Regulation 22 Amendments to general provisions

Article 19 is amended as follows.

Omit paragraph 1.

In paragraph 2, for from “Member States” to “Community authorities”, substitute “The Secretary of State must provide the Chair of the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme with the information showing that the United Kingdom competent authority”.

In paragraph 4, for “Community authorities” substitute “The United Kingdom competent authority”.
