  "text": "Draft Order laid before the Scottish Parliament under section 99(2) of the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014, for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nChildren And Young Persons\nMade 2016\nComing into force 1st April 2016\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 71(2) and (5)(b) and 73(3) of the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014, and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with section 99(2) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.",
