# The Lanarkshire Colleges Order 2014, Article 4: Assigned College


(1) The board of management of South Lanarkshire College is assigned to New College Lanarkshire.
(2) The board of management of South Lanarkshire College is to remain assigned to New College Lanarkshire notwithstanding any change of name of South Lanarkshire College.
