  "text": "(1) The Crofting Register (Transfer of Ownership) (Scotland) Regulations 2012 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 2 (transfer of ownership of owner–occupied croft)—\n(a) for paragraph (a) substitute—\n“(a) on the registration in the Land Register of Scotland of a deed transferring—\n(i) an unregistered; or\n(ii) a registered,\nplot of land on which the croft is situated;”; and\n(b) omit paragraph (b).\n(3) In regulation 3 (transfer of ownership of land on which croft or common grazing is situated)—\n(a) for paragraph (a) substitute—\n“(a) on the registration in the Land Register of Scotland of a deed transferring—\n(i) an unregistered; or\n(ii) a registered,\nplot of land on which the croft or common grazing is situated;”; and\n(b) omit paragraph (b).",
