# The Land Registration (Network Access) Rules 2008, Paragraph 16: Liability of the registrar


The provisions referred to in paragraphs 14 and 15 must not exclude or limit liability for—
(a) death or personal injury resulting from negligence, or
(b) acts or omissions done in bad faith
