# The Land Registration (Network Access) Rules 2008, Paragraph 18: Change of the Subscriber’s circumstances


Provision that the Subscriber must as soon as practicable inform the registrar in writing of any circumstances which have caused the Subscriber to cease to be a person with whom the registrar would be obliged to enter into a full network access agreement.
