# The Land Registration (Network Access) Rules 2008, Paragraph 8: Updating the agreement


Provision allowing for the terms of the agreement, except to the extent that they are prescribed by these rules, to be changed by the registrar after he has publicised the changes in such manner as the agreement, from time to time, provides.
