The Controlled Drugs (Drug Precursors) (Intra-Community Trade) Regulations 2008f1 are amended as follows.

(a)
in paragraph (2) for “, 9(3) and 13” substitute “and 9(3)”;
(b)
in paragraph (4) for “, 9(1) and 10” substitute “and 9(1)”.
