  "text": "(1) The Controlled Drugs (Drug Precursors) (Community External Trade) Regulations 2008 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 2 (interpretation), omit the definition of “customs territory of the Community” and the word “and” immediately before it.\n(3) In regulation 3(2) (competent authorities)—\n(a) after “17” omit “(except references to competent authorities of a third country)”;\n(b) for “26(5) and 32” substitute “and 26(5)”;\n(c) omit paragraph (6).\n(4) In regulation 6(2) (requirements, offences and penalties: exports), omit “either” and “or other competent authorities at the point of exit from the customs territory of the European Union”.\n(5) In paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) of regulation 7 (requirements, offences and penalties: imports), for “customs territory of the European Union” substitute “United Kingdom”.",
