# The Law Enforcement and Security (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 129: Amendment of the Police Pensions (Additional Voluntary Contributions) Regulations 1991


(1) The Police Pensions (Additional Voluntary Contributions) Regulations 1991 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2(3)(interpretation), in the definition of “insurance company”—
(a) at the end of paragraph (a) omit “or”;
(b) omit paragraph (b).
