  "text": "(1) The Investigatory Powers (Interception by Businesses etc. for Monitoring and Record-keeping Purposes) Regulations 2018 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 2 (interpretation), in the definition of “regulatory or self-regulatory practices or procedures”, in paragraph (a)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (i), for the words from “provision” to “Area” substitute “enactment”;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (ii), for the words “a member” to “Area” substitute “the United Kingdom”.\n(3) In regulation 4 (restrictions on the lawful interception of communications), omit paragraph (2).",
