Regulation 48 Amendment of the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001

In section 18(4)(b) of the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001^f1 (restriction on disclosure of information for overseas purposes), for “an EU obligation” substitute “a retained EU obligation”.
