In Schedule 4 to the Crime and Courts Act 2013f1, in paragraph 5 (interpretation)—
(a)
in sub-paragraph (1), omit paragraphs (a) and (b) (together with the “or” at the end of paragraph (b));
(b)
omit sub-paragraph (2).
