# The Law Enforcement and Security (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 72: Saving provision – investigation teams operating in the UK on or after commencement day


Regulations 67 to 69 and 71 do not apply in a case to which regulation 10 (transitional provision – surveillance which is not completed before commencement day) applies.
