# The Law Enforcement and Security (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 92: Amendment of the Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003 (Designation of Participating Countries) (Scotland) (No. 3) Order 2009


(1) The Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003 (Designation of Participating Countries) (Scotland) (No. 3) Order 2009 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 3, omit “Croatia”.
(3) Omit article 4.
