# The Law Enforcement and Security (Separation Issues etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 10: Revocation of the Eurojust Regulation


In regulation 21 (revocation of Eurojust Council Decision)—
(a) in the heading before the regulation, for “Council Decision” substitute “Regulation”;
(b) for regulation 21, substitute—
“21. Regulation (EU) 2018/1727 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 November 2018 on the European Union Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation (Eurojust), and replacing and repealing Council Decision 2002/187/JHA is revoked (but see Article 62(3) of the withdrawal agreement and sections 7A and 7C of the Withdrawal Act.”.
