  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order designates the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (“the Institute”) as an approved regulator under Part 4 (regulation of approved regulators) of the Legal Services Act 2007 (c. 29) in relation to the administration of oaths. Designation will allow the Institute to authorise and regulate persons in relation to the administration of oaths.\nA full impact assessment has not been prepared for this instrument as no, or no significant, impact on the private, voluntary or public sector is foreseen.",
