# The Legal Services Act 2007 (Approved Regulator) Order 2023, Article 2: Cancellation of designation as approved regulator


The designation of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants as an approved regulator in relation to probate activities is cancelled from the date that this Order comes into force.
