# The Legal Services Act 2007 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2009, Article 22: Qualified lawyers


In the provisions set out in the table in Schedule 1 to this Order, for “employed by a solicitors’ practice” (in each place) substitute “practising in a solicitor’s practice (including a body recognised under section 9 of the Administration of Justice Act 1985)”.
