Article 3 Consequential amendments to primary legislation

Section 281 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988^f1 is amended as follows.

(2)

In subsection (2)(b) for “an individual” substitute “a person”.

(3)

In subsection (2)(c) for—

(a)

“an individual” substitute “ a person”;

(b)

“him” substitute “the person”; and

(c)

“his” substitute “the person’s”.
