# The Legislative Reform (Dangerous Wild Animals) (Licensing) Order 2009, Article 1: Citation, extent, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order—
(a) may be cited as the Legislative Reform (Dangerous Wild Animals) (Licensing) Order 2009;
(b) extends to England and Wales only; and
(c) comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(2) In this Order “the 1976 Act” means the Dangerous Wild Animals Act 1976.
