# The Legislative Reform (Hallmarking) Order 2013, Article 4: Amendments to the Hallmarking Act 1973


In section 3 (sponsors’ marks), in subsection (3)(a) omit “include the initial letters of the name or names of the manufacturer or sponsor and shall”.
