Section 1 Citation, commencement and extent

This Order may be cited as the Legislative Reform (Insolvency) (Miscellaneous Provisions) Order 2009 and comes into force on 6th April 2010.

Subject to paragraph (3), this Order extends to England and Wales and to Scotland.
