# The Legislative Reform (Insolvency) (Miscellaneous Provisions) Order 2009, Section 9: Fast-track voluntary arrangements – notification of the Secretary of State


(1) In section 263C (result) for “report to the court” substitute “notify the Secretary of State”.
(2) In section 263F (revocation) in subsection (3) for “makes his report to the court” substitute “notifies the Secretary of State”.
