# The Legislative Reform (Private Fund Limited Partnerships) Order 2017, Article 3: Amendment of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000


In section 235A of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (contractual schemes), in subsection (6) after paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa) that the limited partnership is not designated under section 8(2) of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 as a private fund limited partnership;”.
