  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before the Scottish Parliament under section 101(2)(d) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2014 for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nHousing\nMade 2016\nComing into force 31st January 2018\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 46(1) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2014 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with section 46(3) of that Act they have consulted such persons as they consider appropriate.\nIn accordance with section 101(2)(d) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.",
