# The Letting Agent Code of Practice (Scotland) Regulations 2016, Paragraph 65: Tenancy deposits


You must inform the landlord of the statutory requirements on tenancy deposits under the Housing (Scotland) Act 2006 and the Tenancy Deposit Schemes (Scotland) Regulations 2011.
