  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before the Scottish Parliament under section 355(9) of the Gambling Act 2005, for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nBETTING, GAMING AND LOTTERIES\nMade 2007\nComing into force 2007\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 285(1) and 355(1) of the Gambling Act 2005 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with section 285(1) of that Act, the Regulations are made with the consent of the Secretary of State.\nIn accordance with section 355(9) of that Act, a draft of the Regulations has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.",
