# The Licensed Premises Gaming Machine Permits (Scotland) Regulations 2007, Regulation 12: Failure to produce permit


(1) An occupier of premises in respect of which a permit has effect commits an offence if without reasonable excuse that person fails to produce the permit on request for inspection by–
(a) a constable;
(b) an enforcement officer; or
(c) an authorised local authority officer.
(2) A person guilty of an offence under this regulation is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 2 on the standard scale.
