Regulation 20 Temporary transfer of permit

(1)

This regulation applies where–

(a)

the transfer of a relevant alcohol licence is to be given temporary effect under section 25 (1A) of the 1976 Act^f1; and

(b)

the applicant has also made an application under regulation 19.

(2)

A permit in respect of the premises in question is to have effect for the period during which the licence is temporarily transferred as if the applicant for the transfer of the permit were the permit holder.
