Regulation 23 Register

(1)

A Licensing Board must–

(a)

maintain a register of permits issued by the Board;

(b)

make the register available for inspection by members of the public at all reasonable times; and

(c)

make arrangements for the provision of a copy of an entry in the register to members of the public on request.

(2)

A Licensing Board may refuse to provide a copy of an entry unless the person seeking it pays a reasonable fee specified by the Board.
