  "text": "(1) An application for a permit must–\n(a) be made in such form and manner as the Licensing Board may direct;\n(b) specify the premises in respect of which the permit is sought;\n(c) specify the number and category of gaming machines in respect of which the permit is sought; and\n(d) contain or to be accompanied by such other information or documents as the Licensing Board may direct.\n(2) An application for a permit made by an existing operator must be accompanied by a fee of £100.\n(3) An application for a permit made by any other person must be accompanied by a fee of £150.",
