# The Licensed Premises Gaming Machine Permits (Scotland) Regulations 2007, Regulation 5: Delegation of functions


Section 155 of the Act has effect in relation to the functions of a Licensing Board under these Regulations as it has effect in relation to functions of a Licensing Board under Part 8 of the Act.
