Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Licensing Act 2003 (Mandatory Licensing Conditions) (Amendment) Order 2014 and comes into force on 1st October 2014.

In this Order “the 2010 Order” means the Licensing Act 2003 (Mandatory Licensing Conditions) Order 2010^f1.
