Article 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Licensing Act 2003 (Mandatory Licensing Conditions) Order 2010.

This Order shall come into force on 6th April 2010 other than paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Schedule which shall come into force on 1st October 2010.
