# The Licensing Act 2003 (Permitted Temporary Activities) (Amendment) Order 2026, Article 3: Temporary event notices: consequential amendment to prescribed forms


In the Licensing Act 2003 (Permitted Temporary Activities) (Notices) Regulations 2005—
(a) for the form in Schedule 1, substitute the form in Schedule 1 to this Order;
(b) for the form in Schedule 4, substitute the form in Schedule 2 to this Order.
