The Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 107 (12) and 197 (2) of the Licensing Act 2003 (“the 2003 Act”)^f1.

A draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 197 (4) of the 2003 Act^f2.
