Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation and extent

This Order may be cited as the Licensing Act 2003 (Platinum Jubilee Licensing Hours) Order 2022 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

In this Order—

  • “the celebration period” means the period beginning with 2nd June 2022 and ending with 5th June 2022, and

  • “specified times” means the periods of 2 hours beginning at 11pm on each of the 2nd June 2022, 3rd June 2022 and 4th June 2022.

This Order extends to England and Wales.
