# The Licensing (Mandatory Conditions) (Scotland) Regulations 2007, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
Schedule 3 to the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 lists mandatory conditions which must be imposed by a Licensing Board on the granting of a premises licence. These Regulations amend that schedule by adding two further mandatory conditions. The new conditions relate to notices on the admission of under-18s and the provision of baby changing facilities.
