  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order makes amendments to the law of England and Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland or the United Kingdom as a whole which are consequential on the Life Sentences (Northern Ireland) Order 2001. That Order provides for the release and recall of persons serving a sentence of life imprisonment or detention during the pleasure of the Secretary of State.",
