# The Lifelong Learning (Fee Limits) Regulations 2026, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement, extent and application


These Regulations—
(a) may be cited as the Lifelong Learning (Fee Limits) Regulations 2026,
(b) come into force on 1st September 2026,
(c) extend to England and Wales, and
(d) apply in relation to England.
