# The Lifelong Learning (Fee Limits) Regulations 2026, Regulation 8: Use of the credit-based method for determining the fee limit


For the purposes of paragraph 1(3) of Schedule 2 to the 2017 Act, the credit-based method is to be used for determining the fee limit applicable to a course year of a qualifying course in all cases.
