  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under section 17(4) of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nPartnerships\nMade 2007\nComing into force 1 October 2007\nThese Regulations are made in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 15 of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000.\nIn accordance with section 17(4) of that Act, a draft of these Regulations has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.\nAccordingly, the Secretary of State makes the following Regulations:",
