Regulation 3 Amendments of Schedule 2 to the principal regulations

In the second column of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the principal regulations (modifications of provisions applied), opposite the entry for section 453A (inserted by regulation 2(4) above) insert—

“In subsection (7), for the words “section 431, 432 or 442” substitute “section 431 or 432.”.
