# Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations 2001, Introduction: Introductory text


This Draft Statutory Instrument has been printed to correct errors in the Draft Instrument issued on 3rd January 2001 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Draft Statutory Instrument.Draft Regulations laid before each House of Parliament, under section 17(4) of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.

Whereas a draft of these Regulations has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament pursuant to section 17(4) of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000;
Now, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 14, 15, 16 and 17 of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf hereby makes the following Regulations:
