Regulation 10 Application of the Principal Regulations to limited liability partnerships

The Schedule to the Principal Regulations (information) shall read as if—

(a)

the words “a company”, “company” and “company’s” wherever they appear were “an LLP”, “LLP” and “LLP’s”;

(b)

in paragraph 12, the reference to the “director” were to the “designated member”.
