# The Limited Liability Partnerships (Reporting on Payment Practices and Performance) Regulations 2017, Regulation 2: Interpretation


In these Regulations—
“limited liability partnership” means a limited liability partnership registered under the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000;
“the Principal Regulations” means the Reporting on Payment Practices and Performance Regulations 2017.
