# The Limited Liability Partnerships (Reporting on Payment Practices and Performance) Regulations 2017, Regulation 8: Application of the Principal Regulations to limited liability partnerships


Regulation 7 of the Principal Regulations (periods in relation to which information must be published) shall read as if—
(a) the words “company” and “company’s”, wherever they appear, were “LLP” and “LLP’s”;
(b) the references to sections 391 and 392 of the 2006 Act were to those sections as applied and modified by regulation 7 of the 2008 Regulations.
