Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under section 43(3) and (4)(a) of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(3) of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 makes the following Regulations.
A draft of these Regulations was laid before Parliament in accordance with section 43(3) and (4)(a) of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 and was approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.

## 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 (Special Trustees) Amendment Regulations 2015 and come into force on 1st April 2015.

## 2 Amendment of Act

(1) Schedule 2 to the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 Act is amended as follows.
(2) At the end of paragraph 24 (special trustees for a hospital) insert—
“NOTE: This Act applies to special trustees for a hospital only if the trust of which they are trustees is not a charitable trust.”.
