  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend paragraph 24 of Schedule 2 to the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 so that the Act only applies to special trustees if the trust of which they are trustees relates to non-charitable matters.\nA full Impact Assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen.",
